

Deposit required must be received within 10 days of the reservation date to confirm reservation. Failure to make this payment subjects the reservation to automatic cancellation. The balance due for rent, Government Tax, and any damage deposit required, must be paid in full at least 50 days prior to arrival. All cancellations and any request for changes to the reservation (such as date changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made in WRITING. If a reservation is canceled more than 45 days prior to arrival date, 75 percent of the TOTAL rent will be refunded and 25% will be retained by Windjammer Villa Rentals as full liquidated damages. If a reservation is canceled within 45 days of arrival date, 100 percent of the total rent will be retained by Windjammer Villa Rentals as full liquidated damages. However, if the canceled dates are rebooked by another guest, 75 percent of the rental moneys will be returned for the nights rebooked, and 25 percent will be retained by Windjammer Villa Rentals as full liquidated damages. In some cases villa owners may be persuaded to allow the villa to be rebooked at a later date, without penalty. Please ask us to check with the owner. For peace of mind, Windjammer Villa Rentals recommends CANCELLATION INSURANCE. All rates quoted are on a 2 person per bedroom basis and are subject to change without notice.
